MALAYSIAN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN BHD or MALCHEM is an ENGINERING COMPANY providing our Client ONE STOP SOLUTION in EPCC TURNKEY project execution, TOTAL SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES related to HERBAL AND FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIES for pilot plant and commercial plant.
During the ENGINEERING stage, MALCHEM together with the Client will come out with the conceptual design in the form of the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) before MALCHEM finalised the Piping and Instrument Diagram (PID) together with related equipment CAD drawings, Bill of Quantity (BQ) and Bill of Material (BOM).
Upon Client's approval, MALCHEM will carry out PROCUREMENT of all the required material for CONSTRUCTION activities to be carried out. Once the CONSTRUCTION is completed, Client will carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before delivery to Client's site.
After all the equipment are installed at Client's site, MALCHEM will carry out COMMISSIONING activities before the plant is handed over to the Client. MALCHEM will also give training to the operation personnel with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) prepared by MALCHEM professional team of engineers.
